
Since I’ve been preparing for the Dogwood Pedal, I haven’t been cooking much. We’ve been eating a LOT of salad! And tuna salad. And eggs. It’s possible we’re in a rut, but I haven’t given it much thought and Paul hasn’t complained (yet).
(You’ve probably gathered that this isn’t a food post.)
I want to share that, with 12 days to go before my first 25 mile ride, I rode 20 miles!
