No fancy small appliances tonight — just the grill, lots of shortcuts, and more to learn about the grill.
We love garlic lime shrimp and cook it at home with some frequency. To make things easier while we’re camping, I bought pre-cooked shrimp and fresh riced cauliflower in the bag.
What we are finding with the grill (which is our first flat or griddle kind of grill — what I think of as an Australian grill) is that it’s turning everything black. Paul has been scraping it clean and then going over it with paper towels, but I think it needs a good cleaning. So we’ll do that tonight.
