Oh, and tuna salad

No pretty food photos because who would think to take a picture of tuna salad? Not me!

Simple little snack this afternoon with a few changes from my old tuna salad to cut carbs.

  • Pouch of tuna
  • Olive oil mayo (about half the calories of regular store-bought mayo)
  • Yellow mustard
  • Dill pickle relish (because there’s no sweet pickle relish in keto land)
  • Green onions sliced small (green onions have about half the net carbs of yellow onions)
  • Diced celery
  • Salt and pepper

That’s it!
