It’s burgers night at the campsite and Paul agreed to be the grill master.
Thank goodness because nothing I had planned came together. I forgot to steam the cauliflower early enough to cool it for faux-tato salad and I didn’t bring all of the ingredients for 90-second keto bread.
So, burgers and grilled cauliflower it was. And he did a great job with it!
I had packed Healthy Life bread (not strictly keto, but 6 grams net carbs). I hadn’t tried it before, but Paul is less strict than I am and he likes it. It was good! Not something I’ll make a habit of, but not bad. It might come in handy the next time I’m craving avocado toast so badly that I’m dreaming about it every night!
