We came back a little early from the camping trip due to the heat advisory. It seemed like it was going to be too hot to enjoy much and we wanted to be here to keep an eye on our old dog who mostly wants to be outside — we’ve successfully convinced her to spend some time inside today.
I had planned salmon for our last night at the campsite and we had that here.
I cook the salmon sous vide then finish in a hot skillet. This time I added Sugar Free Orange Ginger Marinade from G. Hughes to the side without skin. It’s really good!
