Nut and Seed Bread

I miss avocado toast. It was my go-to breakfast for a long time before I started keto. One of my cousins introduced me to the Life Changing Bread. I really enjoyed it, but the oats keep it from being keto. So I went searching and found a BUNCH of recipes. Here’s the first try!

Have a look at the recipe from Two Sleevers. I like that the recipe is so loose. I used half a cup each of the following:

  • Ground flax seed
  • Chia seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds

And then a cup of walnuts, pecans, and pistachios that I had mixed together.

It’s pretty tasty and should make an excellent avocado delivery system.
